Meizu released the Pro 6 Plus and the Meizu M3X – a flagship and an mid ranger.
Meizu Pro 6 Plus
Meizu Pro 6 Plus features a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution giving 430 nits of brightness, and is pressure sensitive. The pressure sensitive function is called 3D press by Meizu.
The phone is powered by an Exynos 8890 SoC, and comes with 4GB RAM along with two storage variants – 64/128GB. The 64GB variant has a processor clock speed of 2GHz, while the 128GB version has a 2.3GHz clock speed.
Meizu Pro 6 Plus features a 12MP Sony IMX386 camera sensor with an f/2.0 aperture and a 4-axis optical image stabilisation. The rear camera also sports a 10-LED ring flash that surrounds the laser auto-focus. The front of the device sports a 5MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture.
The phone weighs 159gms and is backed by a 3,400 mAh battery that charges via a USB Type-C (v3.1) port and supports fast charging. Meizu Pro 6 Plus will be available in three colour variants – Champagne Gold, Moonlight Silver and Deep Ash. The price of the 64GB variant is CNY 2,999, while the 128GB version is priced at CNY 3,299.
The Meizu M3X on the other hand comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD display with 500 nits of brightness and double 2.5D glass. It is powered by a Helio P20 chipset and comes with 3/4GB RAM and 32/64GB of storage. The rear camera on the phone is a 12Mp sensor with an f/2.0 aperture, while the front of the device sports a 5MP camera.
M3X features a 3,200 mAh battery that is charged via a USB Type-C port and supports Quick Charge 3.0. The phone is running Flyme 6.0 OS. It is available in four colour variants – Streamer Gold, Pearl White, Obsidian Black and Phantom Blue.
Meizu M3X 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM variant is priced at CNY 1,700, while the 4GB and 64GB ROM version is priced at CNY 2000.
